My approach is gentle and effective — no "perfect" diets, strict rules, or exhausting food and fitness plans. We do things a bit differently because it doesn't matter how clean you eat or how hard you workout. A body stuck in stress mode will not repair.
So we start with the nervous system first and reset your stress-gut connection before layering in the rest.
Through our C.A.L.M. Method, we use nervous system regulation and gut-healing strategies to turn the body’s self-repair system back on so digestion and energy regulate, naturally.
I’ve spent the last 8+ years training with various practitioners and getting certified in gut health and nutrition, fitness, habit change, and nervous system regulation to bring a unique integrative approach to help women — just like you — do the same.
